Dr. Pierce is a general dentist who enjoys seeing children of all ages. She encourages parents to bring their children for their first visit between the ages of 2 and 3. At that age, Dr. Pierce will review dietary and home care habits, and evaluate all primary teeth that have erupted.
We work with children to prevent an unnecessary fear of the dentist from an early age. In fact, we can do 95% of work with verbal cues only. Parents are invited into the treatment room with Dr. Pierce so both the parent and the child are at ease.
